At Aston Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Aston Studio tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
